What makes a password strong?
In Password Builder kids discover the four key ingredients that turn a weak password into one that would take a hacker thousands of years to crack.
- Uppercase letters: ABC mixed in with lowercase
- Numbers: not just added at the end
- Symbols: the single biggest strength boost
- Length: every extra character multiplies security exponentially
Pet names, birthdays, and the word “password” are the first three things hackers always try. The game shows kids exactly why these are so dangerous.
